MORTGAGEE’S RIGHTS: Resident’s rights under this lease will at all times be automatically junior/subject to any deed to secure debt which is now or shall hereafter be placed on premises of which the house is a part; if requested, resident will execute promptly any certificate that management/owner may request to implement subordination of this paragraph.
