Either party may terminate this agreement at the end of the initial term by giving the other party thirty (30) days written notice prior to the end of the term. If notice is not given, then this agreement will be extended on a month to month basis with all terms remaining the same until terminated, as of the last day of a calendar month, by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice.
