RENT POLICY ADDENDUM

Rent is due of the first of each month. It must be postmarked by the first. The rent is late on the second. On the eighth a Detainer Warrant will be filed with the County Magistrate’s Office. If not paid within seven (7) days of the Detainer Warrant being served you must give up possession of the house.

All of these steps require additional payments as follows:
1. Rent postmarked on the third or later = Full amount of rent, $2.00 for each day late from the first of the month.
2. On the eighth add $70.00.

If you break your lease you lose your Security Deposit and must pay all of the above plus repay any rent specials you received, a full months rent or ¼ of the balance of lease, whichever is lesser. You also will have to repay any cleaning and damage charges and any attorney fees required to collect money owed to Sarah L. Dailey.

RESIDENT EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY NOTICE OF NON-PAYMENT OF RENT._________(initial).
